Last week residents at Love Walk got creative during their monthly session of card making. Residents usually make birthday cards, but this time many of them decided to make a card covered in fruits for a resident who is currently in hospital.
For this purpose, residents used fruits from the kitchen and from pictures online to sketch out and colour in individually, before sticking them all together on a large card – the result is a wonderfully vibrant bowl of fruits!
“A couple of us will take the card in to our friend in hospital, wishing him a speedy recovery”, Penny Brice, Activities Co-ordinator, told us.
