Elmwood residents recently enjoyed a chair-based exercise session put on by Gfitness, an organisation who believe in fitness for everyone.
Instructor, Tim, led residents through a range of exercises for their legs and upper body, as well as some light cardio. He used a variety of equipment including resistance bands, dumbbells and small footballs.
Residents enjoyed the session and found it gave them lots of ideas for exercises they could do by themselves. Thanks to Tim for a great session and providing lots of inspiration!
