Some of our Love Walk residents went cycling at the Herne Hill Velodrome recently.
Wheels for Wellbeing , the charity who run the accessible cycling sessions, have set up covid-secure gatherings with limited numbers. Bikes must be booked and strict protocols followed, allowing us to take small groups of residents for an hour of cycling in a professional velodrome surrounded by woodlands. Our residents are hugely uplifted by getting out and exercising in the fresh air. Being one of the few activities that our residents could safely participate in, allowed us to take everyone along who wanted to go for a cycle ride.
