Residents, relatives and the care team at Elmwood recently enjoyed the chance to get together for a morning tea party with hot drinks and delicious cake.
“It was lovely to see the residents sharing stories and enjoying a laugh”, commented George Kalsi, Activities Carer. “There was also music on in the background and residents were singing along.” One Elmwood resident, Lucey, said, “I enjoyed my favourite Victoria sponge cake, very delicious!” Another resident, Jenny, also appreciated and thanked the staff for organising the party.
Everybody had a lovely morning and agreed to put another party on the activity agenda in the near future.
