RESIDENTS AND LOVED ONES VISIT MISSION CAFÉ
19 June 2017
Residents from Elmwood were delighted when the Activities Team suggested a trip to Bromley to enjoy coffee and cake in Mission Café. Family members also joined their loved ones and spent some quality time together.
Everybody enjoyed coffee and cake, as well as a good old chit-chat. Pat, a resident at Elmwood, said, “It is marvellous being here in the café as it reminds me of some of the great sweet memories of my life.” Patricia, the wife of one of our residents, commented on how good it was to spend time with her husband in the café, saying, “It’s been a long time since we had coffee together.”
Everyone agreed that they would definitely be back soon!
