Residents and staff at Greenhill had a splendid day out in the garden recently when they hosted a strawberry tea party.
Residents enjoyed a variety of strawberry pastries, strawberry cakes and sandwiches plus a great selection of organic tea. By tradition, a glass of sherry was also on offer.
“It was a nice way to relax in the sunshine”, Sheila Acorin, Activities Carer, told us. “Many relatives came to join the fun and the afternoon was filled with laughter and chatter.” Residents, visitors and staff were also in fine voice for a fantastic sing-along led by the Activity Team with great songs from the 60s to the 90s.
Many thanks to everyone who came along and supported the event!
